Mr. Olson was formerly an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and with Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz, and Smith, LLP. He specialized in corporate restructuring matters, including representing various Fortune 250 companies in out-of-court financial restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations. Mr. Olson is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a BA in Philosophy and obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law.
