Mr. Norton was Assistant Controller for Northwestern Corporation (d.b.a. Northwestern Energy), a NYSE listed utility company and one of the largest providers of electricity and natural gas in the Northwest. He was responsible for new accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting documents. Mr. Norton also served as CFO of Specialized Card Services and was an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Norton is a CPA and holds a BS in Business and Accounting from The University of South Dakota.
