Ms. Gochberg held various positions in the Media and Telecom Investment Banking groups of TD Securities. Her experience focused on senior and subordinated debt financing, as well as merger and acquisition transactions, primarily in the radio, television and cable television sectors. Ms. Gochberg is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University, holding a BS in Finance and Accounting.
